How can we earn and make money online? Actually, as I am writing this article, I’m hoping that this article will return me some extra bucks. With the vast number of people searching for the popular keyword “make money online”, I’m wishing that this article page will soon land on the first page of Google’s search result page for that golden keyword. 2. Sell other products and services online. Now, if you don’t produce your own products or you don’t have expertise that can be sold online, then go on selling other products and services and earn sales commissions. If you own a popular website that receives a decent numbers of visitors, then you are at the advantage. You can also sell at Ebay.com or Amazon.com

3. Product review. This includes review of books, movies, games, and other products in the market. You can choose the product at your best interest. With that, you can enjoy the product and at the same time earn from it.

4. Domaining. Domaining is now getting more popular. A domain dot (com) can now be registered at 10$ a year. If you can catch a great domain name and registered it at hand for 10$, and you can sell it at 3x to 4x the cost – then it clearly sounds profit. Actually my first revenue online comes from a sell of a certain domain for 40$ which I have acquired for 10$. With this kind of making money online, brainstorming and speculating the potential value of a certain domain is required. Two years ago, there are still available 4-character domain names for registration. But now they are all taken and average cost around 30 to 60 US dollars to buy from a domain reseller (except of course for one word 4-character domain like “love.com” that may cost thousand or even million dollar price. How I wish I had purchased a hundred of them, when there are still good 4-character domains available.

If you have the knowledge or just a basic savvy in website programming and search engine optimization, then you can develop website for you own income generation or for selling it to interested buyers. Website development requires more wisdom of marketing rather than programming since a great design website is useless without people visiting on it. Meaning, you have to make your website or blog a popular one. Search engine optimization, viral marketing, guerilla marketing, all of these are great ways to boost you site’s traffic, pagerank, popularity and value.

Here are Six Secrets to Advetising on Craigslist to make some Quick Cash with some Quick Sales:

1. Never give up too much in your craig’s list advertisement. What does that mean? What I mean is that you want your phone to ring or your email to get full with further questions or information about your craigslist item for sale. That way, you engage the prospective buyer in to a conversation and can build trust and a quick sale!

2. Always include a symbol sign or asterisks in your title to differentiate your listing from the oodles of other craigslist sellers out there! So for instance, here is a recent title I helped a client out in selling a $50,000 asset:

Note – that I used the “+” sign in front of the title – you could also use a “*” sign or “$” sign or generally any type of sign to make your title stand out from the others!

Here is the exact title I used in the advertise on craigs list posting:

Since no one else selling RV’s on craigslist was using any symbols in their listing, the above title stood out like a beacon!

3. Keep relisting your advertisement on craigs list every three days. You can re submit your posting on craigslist so it is wise to keep a ‘copy’ of your craigslist ad copy in a word document so all you have to do is simply cut and paste to repeat.

Also, don’t get discouraged if someone ‘flags’ your craig’s list advertisement and it gets removed. It is happening more often I noticed as more people are using Craigslist and frankly, it could very well be your ‘competition’ who is selling a similar item who ‘flagged’ your craigslist ad so that he/she has less competition to worry about. What that dunderhead simply doesn’t realize is that you just got the upper hand…as if you then go immediately into your account at craigslist, you can now ‘re-list’ or ‘re-submit’ your ad, and guess what – you are now at the TOP of the CATEGORY Listing again!

It causes a bit more work and as you can see, I always like to look at the ‘bright’ side of things or positive aspects of a situation and in this case, getting your craigslist ad flagged or removed is then actually a POSITIVE for you since you can now re submit rather than wait 3 days to re submit!

4. Use pictures and images in your craigslist advertisement but don’t ‘over do’ it! You still want your buying prospect to get ‘curious’ about your listing and contact you – so a smart ‘hook’ at the end of your craigslist posting is to include a “email me for more pictures” or “call me for more information“…something that encourages your buyer prospect to contact you.

5. Make your pictures say WOW by using a FREE, simple photo editing software called Google Picassa. It is very easy to ‘warmify’ a photo or to add sharper colors and since you only get the first few seconds to WOW a potential buyer…then you MUST use great photos!

6. Combine your Craigslist Ad with a FREE blog to advertise your stuff for sale! This will give you a double whammy in advertising on craigslist as you are allowed to link back to a website. You can just imagine the possibilities here now, you have a free, millions of people visiting Craig’s List, advertisement that can now link back to your personal or business website….hmmm…can we say $$$ KACHING $$$?

I’ve often done this to build a buyers list via Craigs List and also to provide bigger, higher resolution images of the object I am selling. Additionally, you can sell your consulting services via craigslist, announcing your services and to lead the potential buyer back to your flagship website.
